Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you may cancel, skip, pause or reschedule your subscription here. You will receive an email 4 days prior to a renewal. Please be aware if you change your subscription after it has been fulfilled, you will be charged a $20 rerouting fee.

How do I change my address?

Your subscription page is the place to make changes to your shipping or billing address.

Yes, you can swap products in your subscription by going to your subscription management page, click on the subscription you wish to manage and then clicking swap this for a different product.

Will I still receive the 5% discount if I use a coupon code?

Yes, once you select a subscription delivery option, the product price reflects a 5% discount. During your initial order, you may apply any eligible coupon codes. Please note that only certain coupon offers are eligible for subscription orders. What happens if a product in my subscription is out of stock?

If an item in your subscription order is out of stock, you will receive an email notification. We will process your order once the item is back in stock. You will not be charged until the order ships. Please contact customer service if different arrangements are needed by calling 1-800-772-7178 (weekdays 8 am - 5 pm) or by emailing info@muensterpet.com

Can I use a gift card for my subscription?

A gift card can be used as a payment method at checkout for orders containing subscription products. You must provide a regular payment method at checkout to ensure you are billed for future orders.

How can I track my subscription orders?

You will receive an email with a tracking code when your package has been shipped. Please add info@muensterpet.com to your safe sender/whitelist in your email program to avoid losing these to the spam folder.
