KEY UPDATE: Unfortunately, UPS, FedEx & USPS are at maximum capacity until they add more trucks. We are doing everything we can to get the orders shipped out the same day. Some orders, especially outside of Texas are experiencing a 2-3 day transit delay due to UPS/FedEx?
We ship most orders we receive by 2:00 pm on that day. If we receive them after 2:00 pm, they will ship the next business day. Most of our customers receive their shipments within 1-3 days depending on proximity to the great state of Texas! Since we pack all of our orders by hand and here in Muenster, we’re not quite as quick as Amazon, but the food is fresh 😉
Custom Orders: We don’t make these until you order them, so we need an extra business day or two on most occasions to get these shipped. It may take a little bit longer, but it’s 100% worth the wait 🙂
How our system works: When we print an order, it is considered “shipped” and we can no longer reverse that command. Even though it has left our warehouse, it may not be recognized as transferred until UPS/FedEx scans it in to their warehouse. If it is scanned as shipped in Muenster at 3:00 pm and it sits in a truck in the shipping services parking lot overnight, it may not be marked as received until the next day. Our goal is always to get food to you as quickly as possible 😁.
We take the quality of our product personally. We have high standards for our product from the minute we receive raw ingredients until it leaves our warehouse. We use fixed formulas instead of least cost formulas so that we have the exact same recipe every time. We start off by testing our raw ingredients for foreign products before production. Next, we put our team through intense training to make sure they know exactly what they’re doing when helping cook Muenster products. After the product is cooked, we then test everything to assure that we meet our guarantees and are free of any foreign products.

Puppies deserve just as high of a quality diet as the adult dogs. Our most popular recipe for puppies is our Ancient Grains Oceanfish & our Grain Free Chicken & Turkey.
In the wild, dogs don’t eat a different diet as they age, unfortunately, they just eat less as they are slower 😂
However, at Muenster, we provide a fantastic line of supplements that can be used to adjust the diet to serve the purpose your dog needs it to.
We recommend that you switch gradually over a time period of 10 days, even when changing from one Muenster product to another.

Several things come into play when you see your dog with loose stools. Just like humans, dogs have the tendency to feel under the weather from time to time. By using fixed formulas and a high level of quality control, we can assure you that your dog is eating the same thing every time. Many times dogs will eat anything they find that might just taste good, yet causes them to get sick.
The number 1 cause of loose stools in dogs is overfeeding. Since Muenster is more calorically dense than most foods, be sure to feed about 25% less of our food than others.
This will give your dog the freedom to have a few treats throughout the day as well!
We source as many ingredients as we can locally. Our family has purchased ingredients from many of the same family farms since 1932. One of the benefits of being located near Dallas is that we are able to order many of our packaging products locally as well.
You’ve set up autoship but need to cancel it so your pup can play catch up with their chow. Here is a step by step on how to cancel your autoship subscription so you won’t get charged again until you’re ready to set it back up:
Step 1: Click on “Customer Login” at the top right of the home page to log in to your account on muenstermilling.com.
Step 2: Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your account Dashboard. Click on “My Subscription” on the left menu.
Step 3: You will see your status and dates. Underneath “End Date” you will see “Actions” Click “Unsubscribe” here and follow the prompts. Refresh your page and the red button will now say “Resubscribe”
Step 4: Ready to get the food shipments back on schedule? Click that big red “Resubscribe” button and set your dates!
