The team at Muenster Milling has upgraded our website to better serve our users and provide a more secure environment on the internet. Sensitive data was not transferred in this process, primarily Passwords and Credit Card numbers.
All users of an account with Muenster, will need to request a new password for your registered email address in order to reactivate your account with us online. Scroll down below for a quick link and instructions, or request a new password now, using the lost password page.
All Automated Shipment customers will need to re-enter any credit card information that was stored on file in our system. If you do not have automatic shipments set up for any orders, you do not need to re-enter credit card information at this time. The next transaction that takes place on MuensterMilling.com will automatically store your payment information for future use.
The Muenster Office Staff will be emailing and calling users with automated shipments to help ensure you don’t miss your shipments.
Reactivating Your Account
- Request a new password, using the lost password page. Use your previously registered email address with MuensterMilling.com.
- You will receive an email notifying you of your password reset request and containing a link back to the website. Click on the link to be taken to a page where you can set a brand new password for your account.

Updating Billing Information (Autoship Users Only)
- You must have re-activated your online account before you can edit your information. After activating your account by following along with the previous section, you can log in and view your account information by clicking here.
- You can go directly to your billing page, by clicking here. You can view your account page by clicking here and then select “Change Payment Method” in Settings, under the Account Billing section.
- Click on the Add or Edit Payment Button in the left/top box and a form for your new Credit Card information details will appear.
- Enter your payment method details and then click on Save Changes once complete.
