We take the quality of our product personally. We have high standards for our product from the minute we receive raw ingredients until it leaves our warehouse. We use fixed formulas instead of least cost formulas so that we have the exact same recipe every time. We start off by testing our raw ingredients for foreign products before production. Next we put our team through intense training to make sure they know exactly what they’re doing when helping cook Muenster products. After the product is cooked, we then test everything to assure that we meet our guarantee’s and are free of any foreign products.

We sure do, all ingredients are 3rd party verified, as are finished products. Yep, we do palatability, digestive, and stool quality feeding trials as develop new products, along with lifetime feeding trials

We are a small business to the core. We choose to support other independently owned and operated stores. For over 80 years, we have survived with the support of small business and independently owned companies. Our goal is to continue this for the next 80 years.

We source as many ingredients as we can locally. Our family has purchased ingredients from many of the same family farms since 1932. One of the benefits of being located near Dallas is that we are able to order many of our packaging products locally as well.

You’ve set up autoship but need to cancel it so your pet can play catch up with their chow. Here is a step by step on how to cancel your autoship subscription so you won’t get charged again until you’re ready to set it back up:

Step 1: Click on “Customer Login” at the top right of the home page to log in to your account on muenstermilling.com.

Step 2: Once you are logged in, you will be directed your account Dashboard. Click on “My Subscription” on the left menu.

Step 3: You will see your status and dates. Underneath “End Date” you will see “Actions” Click “Unsubscribe” here and follow the prompts. Refresh your page and the red button will now say “Resubscribe”

Step 4: Ready to get the food shipments back on schedule? Click that big red “Resubscribe” button and set your dates!
